This 90-minute consultation will help you get organized so that you can start planning the wedding of your dreams. During your consultation, our wedding consultant will:

1. Help you to establish a realistic budget
2. Create a personalized checklist and timeline to keep you on track during the planning process
3. Assist you in deciding on a theme, décor, and overall ambiance for your wedding
4. Provide you with reliable vendor referrals in each category
5. Recommend questions that are important to ask when meeting with vendors
6. Answer any questions about the wedding planning process and wedding etiquette

Day of Coordination Package - $695

This is an ideal solution for couples who prefer to make all of the arrangements themselves, but who would like the luxury of relaxing on their wedding day without stressing over the details. With this package, our wedding consultant will:

1. Meet with you at least two weeks prior to your wedding day to discuss your vision and
2. expectations, the flow of events, and any special instructions or concerns you might have
3. Create a detailed timeline to ensure that everything goes smoothly on the day of your event
4. Contact all of your vendors to establish Avalanche as their point of contact and to
5. confirm all arrangements, as well as delivery and set-up times
6. Help coordinate and attend your rehearsal
7. Be onsite during deliveries and set-up to ensure timeliness and accuracy

Attend your ceremony and reception to take care of all details and any issues that may arise so that your wedding day goes smoothly and according to your wishes.

The All Inclusive Wedding Package - $2,495

Between work, home, and social responsibilities, many couples simply do not have the time or
energy to plan their entire wedding from beginning to end. Our wedding consultants understand
they are not there to make decisions for you but rather to guide and assist you in making
informed decisions. In this most popular package, our wedding consultants will:

1. Meet with you for an initial consultation to discuss your vision and expectations for your wedding
2. Establish a monthly checklist and timeline for you
3. Create and maintain a realistic budget and ensure that you remain within that budget
4. Schedule appointments with vendors/venues and attend them with you to make sure thatall of the appropriate questions are asked
5. Provide you with bid estimates from vendors/venues
6. Negotiate the costs and contacts with vendors/venues
7. Arrange out-of-town guest accommodations
8. Assist in the creation and design of unique themes and décor for the ceremony and reception
9. Handle all audiovisual needs
10. Meet with you for final appointment to review and finalize all details of your wedding
11. Contact all vendors and review the details and timeline so that everyone is on the samepage
12. Coordinate your rehearsal
13. Direct all vendors on the day of your wedding so that everything remains on schedule
14. Ensure that the ceremony and reception sites are set up and decorated exactly accordingto your wishes
15. Remain onsite for the ceremony and reception to attend to all details and any potential
